Pre-release beta. No public download or paid subscription is offered here. A small invited beta is planned. No date is set.
Support
A useful report. Not your private data.
Questions go to Andrew Strachan, the individual developer behind MaQkrs AI Tutor and the MaQkrs brand. Start small, keep the example invented, and say what happened.

Keep feedback safe
Planned The first invited group is teachers and other adults (18+). No minors. Do not send student records, classroom recordings, or another person's information.
- Use a tiny invented document or an owned, non-sensitive image to show a problem.
- Never send passwords, provider keys, login codes, or private invitations.
- Do not send student records, patient or client records, graded exams, or private transcripts.
- Check screenshots for names and personal information. A text description is better.
Email is not private storage inside the app. Mail providers process the message you send. This website has no upload form.
What makes a report useful
- Device
- Mac, iPhone or iPad, and the operating system it is running. Do not include a serial number.
- Model
- The model name shown in the app, such as Apple's on-device model or Gemma 4 (E2B), and whether it reported ready.
- Steps
- Short numbered steps with a new invented source. Say whether the problem repeats.
- Expected and actual
- What you expected, what appeared, and whether it was a wrong answer, a frozen screen, or a crash.
- If a control was hard to use
- The screen, whether you used a keyboard or VoiceOver, and any text-size setting that mattered. No personal details.
When to stop
Pause if data disappears, if material shows up in the wrong workspace, or if the app crashes every time it opens. Write a short note that does not include the private sample.
Do not delete your originals to reproduce a problem. A beta app is not a backup.
A few early answers
Where can I download the app?
There is no public download here. A small invited beta is planned. No date is set. This page does not collect a waitlist.
Can I buy Pro?
No. Freedom and Pro are planned tiers, not live purchases. The planned US prices are $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year. There is no checkout on this site. Tutor mode and Source-Locked mode exist in the app, but the subscription does not.
Why does my device show fewer capabilities?
Features differ by device. iPhone and iPad testing is ongoing. Images and short video work on supported Macs and are still being tested. Image and video on iPhone and iPad are planned. See the device guide.
Do I need an account?
Local study does not need a MaQkrs account. The app does not silently switch to a cloud model. Optional cloud review, outside AI accounts, Apple or Google sign-in, and Google Drive are not available yet.
Is the data section a legal policy?
No. The privacy and data handling section describes this pre-release site. The full privacy policy and terms of use are also published.
